1. Manage client and manufacturing quality within the workshops, including extraction and analysis of indicators via PowerBI.
2. Lead client quality alerts, ensuring security within 24 hours and establishing corrective action plans.
3. Facilitate problem-solving actions related to manufacturing and client issues, collaborating with other workshops, suppliers, and entities.
4. Ensure the reliability of critical processes with tools developed in collaboration with central teams.
5. Deploy and maintain standards on production lines and oversee the training of artisans.
6. Communicate best practices and audit critical processes to ensure sustainability.
7. Develop and manage quality performance indicators across materials, components, manufacturing, products, and clients.
8. Implement and standardize quality methodological tools for support functions and manufacturing.
9. Educate and train manufacturing teams on quality tools and methodologies.
10. Prepare and lead quality communications, presentations, and events within the workshop.
11. Share practices with other sites to ensure cross-functional tool and process alignment.

1. Engineering degree, ideally with initial experience in a similar industrial role.

1. Strong interpersonal skills and ability to prioritize tasks.
2. Analytical skills with a client satisfaction focus.
3. Proficiency in project management and continuous improvement tools.
4. Expertise in standard quality tools.

A minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar industrial role is required.

Engineering degree required.
