1. Ensure Louis Vuitton quality criteria are met throughout the production process for existing and new products.
2. Analyze data and situations to formulate conclusions for problem-solving.
3. Utilize problem-solving tools such as PDCA, PSM, and root cause analysis to develop solutions.
4. Lead PDCA and PSM activities within the organization.
5. Complete quality action plans in a timely manner.
6. Manage daily quality reporting, including results, goals, and PDCA.
7. Create standard operating procedures (SOPs) and visual aids.
8. Manage quality documentation and maintain accurate records as per LVUSM policy.
9. Provide feedback and communicate pertinent information to the Leadership Team.
10. Liaise with LVNA and LVUSM to resolve customer quality issues.
11. Provide quality-related training and assist departments in using quality tools and processes.
12. Support teams in inspecting materials and finished products to meet quality criteria.
13. Communicate and support the implementation of new quality initiatives.
14. Develop tools and masters for quality inspection to support all production phases.
15. Act as a Louis Vuitton correspondent to improve subcontractor quality.
16. Share best practices with other Louis Vuitton entities in Europe.
17. Participate and lead improvement projects within the company.

1. Bachelor’s Degree in Industrial Engineering with emphasis in Quality Engineering or related field, or equivalent experience.
2. Minimum 3 years of relevant experience.
3. Experience in Quality Management.
4. Knowledge of lean problem-solving processes, root cause analysis, and waste-reducing tools.
5. Preferred experience in leather or garment manufacturing.

1. Strong organizational and time management skills.
2. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
3. Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
4. Analytical skills and attention to detail.
5. Ability to adapt to changing organizational and operational needs.
6. Bilingual in English and Spanish is preferred.

Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in quality management and manufacturing processes.

Bachelor’s Degree in Industrial Engineering or related field, or equivalent experience.

Salary range of USD$80,000 - $110,000 annually, plus bonus opportunities.
