1. Conduct a comprehensive assessment of existing quality practices and tools.
2. Analyze current systems to develop recommendations for improvement.
3. Define and implement an action plan, ensuring consistent follow-up.
4. Collaborate with other French workshops and the headquarters on cross-functional projects.
5. Manage critical process controls, including problem resolution facilitation, audits, and action plan monitoring.
6. Identify continuous improvement actions to secure processes.
7. Digitize documents and oversee their deployment and team training.
8. Lead the collection, analysis, and communication of quality-related KPIs.
9. Identify tools to enhance the reporting and consolidation of quality indicators.

1. Final year of a Master's degree (BAC+5) in a field related to continuous improvement or production.
2. Looking for a 5 to 6-month internship in the industrial sector.

1. Strong autonomy and initiative-taking abilities.
2. Excellent analytical and synthesis skills.
3. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel; knowledge of PowerBI is advantageous.
4. Comfortable with quantitative data.
5. Strong interpersonal and teamwork skills.

Entry-level, suitable for students in the final year of their Master's program.

Master's degree (BAC+5) in progress, specializing in continuous improvement or production.
