5. Challenge and improve the existing quality system.
6. Lead and structure the incoming quality approach within the workshop.
7. Structure the quality approach for upstream production.
8. Support teams in critical processes.

1. Currently pursuing a BAC+5 level degree in quality, continuous improvement, or production.
2. Demonstrated autonomy, rigor, and initiative-taking abilities.
