2. Analyze current quality systems to provide recommendations for improvement.
3. Develop and implement an action plan to enhance quality processes.
4. Collaborate with other French workshops and the headquarters on cross-functional projects.
5. Challenge and improve the existing quality system.
6. Lead and structure the incoming quality approach within the workshop.
7. Structure the quality approach for upstream production.
8. Support teams in critical processes.

1. Currently pursuing a BAC+5 level degree in quality, continuous improvement, or production.
2. Demonstrated autonomy, rigor, and initiative-taking abilities.
3. Strong relational, analytical, and synthesis skills.
