1. Update, monitor, and analyze workshop indicators and supplier performance, preparing communication materials accordingly.
2. Evaluate quality performance of production lines and critical processes, oversee audits, and manage action plans.
3. Update defect libraries, instruction sheets, self-inspection sheets, and final control documents.
4. Monitor and implement critical workshop processes.
5. Support quality training and inter-line calibrations.
6. Manage quality contingencies and associated action plans (participation in 5 Whys, MRP, etc.).

1. Enrollment in a specialized program in quality and/or continuous improvement (BAC+4/5 level).
2. Ideally, some initial experience in an industrial environment.

2. Strong analytical and interpersonal skills.
3. Team-oriented with a propensity to share knowledge.
4. Ability to prioritize tasks.
5. Proficient in problem-solving and analysis tools (5 Whys, FMEA, Ishikawa, etc.).

Entry-level, ideally with some exposure to an industrial setting.

Currently pursuing a degree in quality management or continuous improvement (BAC+4/5 level).
