Louis Vuitton Quality Development and Methods Project Manager

- Lead the quality development projects for jewelry and premium products from design to pre-series validation.
- Implement and manage risk analysis, develop action plans, and monitor risk mitigation.
- Ensure compliance with the Quality Specifications during product development.
- Conduct quality checks at various stages (J1, J2, Pre-series).
- Facilitate quality assurance with suppliers and internal teams (Studio, Marketing, Development).
- Create specific quality documents for each product and milestone (control reports, technical sheets, control ranges, defect library).
- Oversee laboratory and wear tests.
- Develop and implement the Care Service policy for new products.
- Identify and define components necessary for product repair based on technical solutions.
- Manage care service components regarding budget and storage.
- Define refresh rules for repair actions and appropriate repair locations (central vs. original supplier vs. zone).
- Enhance quality tools (control reports, risk analysis) and establish product quality sheets and control ranges.
- Participate in cross-functional projects (PLM implementation).
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering or equivalent in jewelry manufacturing.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in jewelry/quality.
- Strong understanding of industrial processes.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Proficiency in French and English (written and spoken), Italian is a plus.
Minimum of 5 years in jewelry and quality management.
