1. Lead and support jewelry and premium product development projects from design to pre-series validation.
2. Implement and manage risk analysis, develop action plans, and monitor risk mitigation.
3. Ensure adherence to Quality Specifications during product development.
4. Conduct Quality controls at various stages (J1, J2, Pre-series).
5. Facilitate Quality initiatives with suppliers and internal teams (Studio, Marketing, Development).
6. Create specific Quality documentation for each product and milestone (control reports, technical sheets, control ranges, defect library).
7. Manage laboratory and wear tests.
8. Develop guidelines for after-sales service.
9. Update and enhance Quality specifications.
10. Evolve Quality tools (control reports, risk analysis).
11. Establish product Quality sheets and control ranges.
12. Participate in cross-functional projects (PLM implementation).

1. Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Business, or equivalent.
2. Minimum 5 years of experience in Jewelry/Quality.

1. Strong understanding of industrial processes.
2. Excellent communication skills.
3. Proficiency in French and English (written and spoken); Italian is a plus.

Minimum of 5 years in Jewelry/Quality roles.

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Business, or equivalent.
