1. Lead and support jewelry and premium development projects from design to pre-series validation.
2. Implement and manage risk analysis, develop action plans, and monitor risk mitigation.
3. Ensure adherence to the Quality Specifications during product development.
4. Conduct quality checks at various stages (J1, J2, Pre-series).
5. Facilitate quality assurance with suppliers and internal teams (Studio, Marketing, Development).
6. Create specific quality documents for each product and milestone (control reports, technical sheets, control ranges, defect libraries).
7. Oversee laboratory and wear tests.
8. Develop guidelines for after-sales service.
9. Update the Quality Specifications.
10. Enhance quality tools (control reports, risk analysis).
11. Establish product quality sheets and control ranges.
12. Participate in cross-functional projects (PLM implementation).

1. Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Business, or equivalent.
2. Minimum of 5 years of experience in jewelry/quality management.

1. Strong understanding of industrial processes.
2. Excellent communication skills.
3. Fluency in French and English; Italian is a plus.

A minimum of 5 years in jewelry or quality management is required.

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Business, or equivalent.
