1. Formalize and analyze monthly KPIs using Power BI and other tools.
2. Identify and analyze defect causes and propose preventive actions.
3. Collaborate with project managers and workshops to resolve quality issues and meet deadlines.
4. Act as a liaison within the design community for drafting and updating design standards and guides.
5. Facilitate e-learning tools related to design guides.
6. Communicate eco-responsible project initiatives at the end of each collection.
7. Initiate and monitor trials for components and finished products in workshops.
8. Coordinate laboratory tests, track timelines, and consolidate data.
9. Oversee the transition of manufacturing workshops post-optimization validation.

1. Currently enrolled in a business school, engineering school, university, or equivalent.
2. Student at Bac+4/+5 level.
3. Proficient in English; knowledge of Italian is advantageous.

1. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; familiarity with Power BI is recommended.
2. Strong product sensitivity in leather goods and quality.
3. Project management mindset with strong prioritization and analytical skills.
4. Curious, agile, and possesses excellent interpersonal skills.

No prior experience required, suitable for beginners.

Currently enrolled in a relevant educational program at Bac+4/+5 level.
