1. Formalize and analyze monthly KPIs using tools such as Power Bi.
2. Identify and analyze defect causes and propose preventive actions.
3. Facilitate problem-solving sessions in collaboration with project managers and workshops to reduce quality knockouts.
4. Act as a liaison within the design community for drafting design standards and updating the design guide.
5. Animate the AI e-learning tool related to the design guide.
6. Communicate eco-responsible project initiatives at the end of each collection.
7. Initiate and monitor trials requested by component and finished product workshops.
8. Conduct laboratory tests, track timelines, and consolidate data.
9. Oversee the transition of manufacturing workshops post-optimization validation.

1. Currently enrolled in a business school, engineering school, or university equivalent.
2. Student at Bac+4/+5 level.
3. Proficient in English; knowledge of Italian is advantageous.

1. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; familiarity with Power Bi is recommended.
2. Strong product sensitivity in leather goods and quality.
3. Project management mindset with prioritization and analytical skills.
4. Curiosity, agility, and excellent interpersonal skills.

Entry-level position suitable for students or recent graduates.

Currently pursuing a degree at Bac+4/+5 level in a relevant field.
