1. Formalize and analyze monthly KPIs using tools such as Power BI.
2. Identify and analyze defect causes and propose preventive actions.
3. Collaborate with project managers and workshops to resolve quality issues and reduce quality knockouts within set deadlines.
4. Act as a liaison within the design community for drafting and updating design standards and guides.
5. Animate the e-learning tool for the design guide.
6. Communicate eco-responsible project initiatives at the end of each collection.
7. Initiate and monitor trials in component and finished product workshops.
8. Conduct laboratory tests, track deadlines, and consolidate data.
9. After optimization validation, oversee the transition of manufacturing workshops.

1. Currently enrolled in a business school, engineering school, university, or equivalent at a Bac+4/+5 level.
2. Proficiency in English; knowledge of Italian is advantageous.

1. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; knowledge of Power BI is recommended.
2. Strong project management skills with an ability to prioritize and analyze.
3. Product sensitivity in leather goods and quality.
4. Curiosity, agility, and excellent interpersonal skills.

Beginner level experience is acceptable, ideally with exposure to quality and design processes in a luxury fashion context.

Currently pursuing a Bac+4/+5 level degree in a relevant field.
