1. Formalize and analyze monthly KPIs using tools such as Power BI.
2. Identify and analyze defect causes in new products.
3. Propose preventive actions to mitigate quality issues.
4. Facilitate problem-solving sessions with project managers and workshops to reduce quality knockouts within set deadlines.
5. Act as a liaison within the design community for drafting design standards and updating the design guide.
6. Implement an AI e-learning tool centered around the design guide.
7. Communicate eco-responsible project initiatives at the end of each collection.
8. Initiate and monitor trials requested by component and finished product workshops.
9. Conduct laboratory tests, track timelines, and consolidate data.
10. Oversee the transition of manufacturing workshops post-optimization validation.

1. Currently enrolled in a business or engineering school, or equivalent.
2. Proficiency in English; knowledge of Italian is a plus.
3. Experience with Excel and/or Power BI is recommended.
4. Possess a project management mindset, with strong prioritization and analytical skills.
5. Curious and adaptable with excellent interpersonal skills.
6. Sensitivity to leather goods and quality is essential.
