1. Serve as the liaison between the site and suppliers to ensure material compliance.
2. Facilitate seamless communication of specific quality criteria to internal and external stakeholders.
3. Identify quality issues, gather relevant data, and characterize alerts.
4. Organize and lead resolution meetings with suppliers using the PQF to ensure swift and effective handling.
5. Train and calibrate HUB controllers to standardize control processes.
6. Supervise HUB controllers' activities to maintain consistent compliance.
7. Propose and implement continuous improvement actions for materials.
8. Ensure uninterrupted material supply in workshops despite quality issues.

1. Minimum Bachelor's degree or equivalent (Bac +2) with at least 2 years of material expertise (leather, canvas, textile, PMET).

1. Expertise in materials with specialization in a specific area.
2. Knowledge of quality methodologies (analysis, problem resolution, continuous improvement).
3. Proficiency in non-conformity management tools and portals (SAP QM, LV Solve).
4. Ability to collect, analyze, and characterize material alerts.
5. Effective communication of specific quality criteria to suppliers and controllers.
6. Project management skills for complex alert resolution in collaboration with suppliers.
7. Ability to lead coordination and resolution meetings with stakeholders.
8. Transversal management of HUB controllers.
9. Proactive non-conformity management to prevent workshop disruptions.

Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience.

Bachelor's degree or equivalent (Bac +2).
