1. Explore the entire manufacturing process from product design to action follow-up in workshops.
2. Implement and optimize after-sales service processes.
3. Analyze causes of after-sales issues and track relevant indicators.
4. Collaborate with developers and team leaders to ensure product compliance.
5. Establish and disseminate customer quality indicators.
6. Facilitate communication between manufacturing sites to share best practices.
7. Participate in risk analysis and management.
8. Develop and update quality management system documentation.

1. Currently enrolled in a business or engineering school or equivalent.

2. Recommended proficiency in Excel and/or Power BI.
