1. Oversee the launch of after-sales service orders and analyze root causes of service issues.
2. Collaborate with central teams to establish and disseminate relevant customer quality indicators.
3. Facilitate communication between manufacturing sites and central teams to ensure understanding and implementation of best practices.
4. Participate in risk analysis discussions and track the progress of risk mitigation actions.
5. Formalize and update quality management references in collaboration with quality contacts at manufacturing sites.

1. Currently enrolled in a business or engineering school, or equivalent program.
2. Proficiency in English.

1. Proficiency in Excel and/or Power BI is recommended.
2. Strong interpersonal skills and adaptability.
3. Curiosity and environmental awareness.

No prior experience required; suitable for beginners.
