1. Conduct quality control of watch components throughout the manufacturing process, primarily within the machining workshop.
2. Interpret technical drawings and perform dimensional, functional, and visual inspections using specific measurement tools such as micrometers, gauges, and comparators.
3. Apply and enforce internal quality procedures to ensure products meet brand standards.
4. Validate machine settings and update control ranges based on production constraints and component functionalities.
5. Diagnose defect causes, propose solutions, and collaborate with production teams to prevent recurrence.
6. Work closely with technicians to ensure smooth production that meets quality requirements.
7. Monitor and anticipate actions through the production schedule, reminding technicians of vigilance points based on historical data or component specifics.
8. Suggest improvements to optimize manufacturing and quality control processes.

1. Minimum of 3 years of experience in a machining workshop.
2. Expert use of measurement and control tools such as micrometers, comparators, and binoculars.
3. Proficiency in reading technical plans and familiarity with office software (Excel, Word, etc.).
