Louis Vuitton Quality Controller

- Conduct quality control of watch components throughout the manufacturing process, primarily within the machining workshop.
- Interpret technical drawings and perform dimensional, functional, and visual inspections using specific measuring tools such as micrometers, gauges, comparators, Marcel Aubert, and binoculars.
- Apply and enforce internal quality procedures to ensure products meet brand standards.
- Validate machine settings and update control ranges based on production constraints and component functionalities.
- Diagnose defect causes, propose solutions, and collaborate with production teams to prevent recurrence.
- Work closely with technicians to ensure smooth production that meets quality requirements.
- Monitor and anticipate actions through production planning.
- Remind technicians of vigilance points based on historical data or component specifics.
- Propose improvements to optimize manufacturing and quality control processes.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a machining workshop.
- Expert use of measuring and control tools such as micrometers, comparators, Marcel Aubert, and binoculars.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to analyze control results, construct a Gaussian curve (capability), identify anomalies, and propose improvement solutions.
- Proficient in reading technical drawings and comfortable with office tools (Excel, Word, etc.).
- Autonomy and quick problem-solving abilities.
- Precision and rigor in a dynamic environment.
- Excellent communication skills with peers and hierarchy.
- Attention to detail in a rapidly growing environment.
Minimum of 3 years in a machining workshop environment is required.
