Louis Vuitton Quality Control Manager - Ready-to-Wear

1. Manage quality control of finished products at external production sites during production lines and final assembly.
2. Ensure Maison's quality standards during inspections of finished product packaging.
3. Collaborate with internal and external teams to optimize problem resolution.
4. Formalize quality control results of finished products and communicate them to relevant departments.
5. Establish weekly control planning and priorities with internal teams and provide real-time quality alerts with situational briefings and potential solutions.
6. Participate in defect review meetings and showrooms.
7. Participate in network feedback meetings and KPI review sessions facilitated and led by Quality Managers.
8. Conduct exceptional pre-series or TDS checks to unlock production or shipment of finished products.
9. Verify implementation of corrective actions and follow-up in workshops, providing coaching when necessary in quality control at production sites.

1. Minimum 5 years of experience in an industrial/production/quality control environment for Prêt-à-Porter (RTW).
2. Technical knowledge of fabrics, cutting, assembly, production flow, fabric treatments, and finished products.
3. Understanding of luxury product quality grades and sensitivity to customer expectations regarding finished product quality.
4. Previous experience in project or team management is considered an advantage.
5. Ability to participate in and facilitate teamwork, with strong interpersonal skills.
6. Autonomy, rigor, and decision-making ability aligned with Maison's objectives.
7. Proactivity in proposing solutions to problems.
8. Availability to work on-site, with missions at production sites 4 days a week; willingness to travel and be mobile.
9. Fluency in Italian, with knowledge of French or English considered an advantage.
