Louis Vuitton Quality Control Manager - Ready-to-Wear

- Oversee quality control of finished products at assembly sites during production and final assembly lines.
- Ensure Maison's quality standards during inspections of finished products.
- Collaborate with internal and external teams to optimize problem resolution.
- Formalize and communicate quality control results to relevant departments.
- Establish weekly control schedules and priorities with internal teams and provide real-time quality alerts with situation briefings and possible solutions.
- Participate in defect review meetings and showrooms.
- Engage in network feedback meetings and KPI review sessions facilitated by Quality Managers.
- Conduct exceptional pre-series or TDS checks to unlock production or shipment of finished products.
- Verify implementation of corrective actions and follow-up in workshops, providing coaching when necessary at production sites.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in an industrial/production/quality control environment for Prêt-à-Porter (PAP).
- Technical knowledge of fabrics, cutting, assembly, production flow, fabric treatments, and finished products.
- Understanding of luxury product quality grades and sensitivity to customer expectations regarding finished product quality.
- Previous experience in project or team management is advantageous.
- Ability to participate in and facilitate teamwork, with strong interpersonal skills.
- Autonomy, rigor, and decision-making aligned with Maison's objectives.
- Proactivity in proposing solutions to problems.
- Willingness to work on-site, with missions to production sites 4 days a week; readiness to travel and be mobile.
- Fluency in Italian, with knowledge of French or English considered a plus.
