1. Oversee customer and store returns to enhance site satisfaction and performance.
2. Review and optimize measurement tools and indicators, requiring proficiency in Power BI.
3. Prepare monthly reviews of returns, presenting findings to workshops and management.
4. Facilitate workshops based on store and customer feedback, prioritizing impactful issues.
5. Provide clear and structured communication materials.

1. Currently enrolled in an engineering school or equivalent program.

1. Proficiency in Power BI.
2. Excellent communication skills with the ability to lead meetings and cross-functional groups.
3. Strong customer service orientation, attention to detail, and ability to prioritize high-impact actions.

No prior experience required.

Currently pursuing a degree in engineering or a related field.
