1. Manage repair orders to ensure the flow of work is inspected and logged.
2. Collaborate with production teams on repair items.
3. Ensure orders are fulfilled accurately and meet the highest quality standards.
4. Achieve daily KPIs and goals set by management.
5. Maintain organization and rotation of products.
6. Monitor product quality and report issues to mitigate problems.
7. Apply a continuous improvement mindset to identify process enhancements.
8. Adhere to good manufacturing practices and required work safety protocols.

1. High School Diploma or GED required.

1. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
2. Proficiency in quality inspection of products.
3. Effective verbal and written communication skills.
4. Ability to collaborate effectively with team members.
5. Bilingual in English and Spanish is advantageous.

$18.00 per hour, plus a $2.00 shift differential for hours worked.
