1. Contribute to the optimization and sustainability of key processes within a continuous improvement framework to ensure the quality compliance of finished products.
2. Participate in the implementation of a new critical process.
3. Provide training for new employees on critical processes.
4. Lead the progress of monthly audits with internal teams.
5. Address specific alerts with internal production and external stakeholders.
6. Monitor the realignment of production lines to compliance standards.
7. Conduct benchmarks and maintain communication within the Quality network.

1. Pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Quality Management or Industrial Engineering.
2. Previous experience in an industrial setting is advantageous.

2. Excellent organizational and analytical skills.
3. Proactive with a strong sense of service.
4. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and ideally PowerBI.
