1. Facilitate the inspection of finished products in adherence to quality standards.
2. Actively contribute to the management of critical production processes.
3. Conduct debriefing sessions with leather goods artisans following internal and client non-conformities using analytical tools such as analysis sheets, 'quality focus,' and 'quality minute.'
4. Organize and lead quality animations to sensitize teams and uphold high-quality standards.

1. Currently pursuing a Master's degree in Quality, Industrial Management, or a related field.
2. Possession of a valid driving license and vehicle for commuting between two workshops located 10 km apart.

1. Rigorous and methodical approach with strong analytical capabilities.
2. Proficient in interacting with production teams and communicating clearly and constructively.

Previous experience in quality management through an internship or university project is advantageous.

Pursuing a Master's degree in Quality, Industrial Management, or a related field.
