1. Serve as the primary contact for manufacturing quality issues.
2. Draft and implement control paths, self-check sheets, and best practice guidelines in collaboration with relevant departments.
3. Contribute to the drafting and verification of calibration sheets and defect libraries.
4. Conduct regular quality audits and coordinate the resolution of non-conformities and improvements.
5. Support the deployment of quality roadmaps and objectives.
6. Facilitate quality meetings and events.
7. Propose quality decisions and verify their implementation, consulting quality engineers when necessary.
8. Train and supervise leather goods artisans conducting internal checks.
9. Communicate central quality control results and coordinate the resolution of recurring issues.
10. Engage in activities related to quality alerts in production or distribution.
11. Participate in the industrialization of new products, ensuring compliance with design guides and quality standards, and manage risk during process qualification.

1. Specialized training in industrial production or a Master's degree in quality management.
2. Ideally, some experience in an industrial setting.

2. Strong interest in hands-on field experiences.
3. Excellent listening, organizational, and meticulousness skills.

Entry-level experience in an industrial environment is preferred.
