1. Optimize repair processes by accurately registering repairs and escalating complex cases for resolution.
2. Act as the primary contact for repair-related matters, providing updates on repair quotations and statuses.
3. Respond promptly to store inquiries, collaborating with relevant parties to offer effective solutions.
4. Manage administrative activities related to Watches & Jewelry services and support related store projects.
5. Support quality improvement initiatives by conducting regular reviews and analysis of repairs.
6. Arrange defective samples for global analysis and make informed decisions on stock defect classification.
7. Educate stores on quality-related topics and support departmental initiatives and ad hoc assignments.

1. Fluency in written and spoken Cantonese, Mandarin, and English.
2. Experience in the Retail or Luxury Retail industry is advantageous.

3. Proficiency in MS Office, including Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.

Beginner level experience in a related field, preferably within the Retail or Luxury Retail industry.
