1. Manage China import tests for products, including creating tracking files and sending production materials to China.
2. Prepare proforma invoices and retrieve missing materials from suppliers.
3. Monitor validation progress, identify delays, and prioritize tests with the Chinese laboratory.
4. Support Louis Vuitton China in unlocking references in Anaplan and update tracking for new references.
5. Create and communicate weekly KPI progress reports.
6. Identify and manage material composition discrepancies with internal teams and suppliers.
7. Request and send weight files for feathers and wadding to China.
8. Ensure new manufacturers sign the specifications and PRSL documents, and communicate any issues through Buying.
9. Conduct monthly monitoring of zones for needle presence in finished products, create monthly KPIs, and manage manufacturer performance and security plans.

1. Enrollment in an engineering school or equivalent university program, seeking an apprenticeship.

1. Strong interest in fashion and luxury, particularly in ready-to-wear.
2. Attention to detail, analytical skills, and responsiveness.
3. Comfortable in a versatile coordinator role, supporting team processes.
4. Fluent in English, proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.

Entry-level position suitable for students with no prior experience required.

Currently pursuing a degree in engineering or a related field.
