Louis Vuitton Quality and Composition Assistant Intern

- Manage the testing process for product imports to China, including the creation of tracking files per collection and the daily dispatch of materials and finished products.
- Prepare proforma invoices and retrieve missing materials from suppliers.
- Monitor validation progress, identifying any delays or missing elements.
- Prioritize testing with the Chinese laboratory to meet capsule deadlines.
- Support Louis Vuitton China in unlocking references in Anaplan.
- Update tracking for any new references added during collections.
- Create KPIs for weekly communication on validation progress.
- Address discrepancies in material compositions with internal teams and suppliers.
- Oversee supplier testing to confirm material compositions and communicate final compositions to the China team.
- Request and send weight files for feathers and padding to China.
- Ensure 100% signature of specifications and PRSL by new manufacturers, communicating any issues through Buying.
- Conduct monthly monitoring of needle presence in finished products, creating monthly KPIs and managing manufacturer performance and security plans.
- Enrollment in an engineering school or equivalent university program.
- Strong interest in fashion/luxury and ready-to-wear categories.
- Proficiency in English and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, collection-driven environment.
- Excellent coordination and communication skills.
No prior experience required; suitable for students seeking an internship.
Currently pursuing a degree in engineering or a related field.
