1. Manage the testing process for product imports to China, including the creation of tracking files per collection and the daily dispatch of materials and finished products.
2. Prepare proforma invoices and retrieve missing materials from suppliers.
3. Monitor validation progress, identifying any delays or missing elements.
4. Prioritize testing with the Chinese laboratory to meet capsule deadlines.
5. Support Louis Vuitton China in unlocking references in Anaplan.
6. Update tracking for any new references added during collections.
7. Create KPIs for weekly communication on validation progress.
8. Address discrepancies in material compositions with internal teams and suppliers.
9. Oversee supplier testing to confirm material compositions and communicate final compositions to the China team.
10. Request and send weight files for feathers and padding to China.
11. Ensure 100% signature of specifications and PRSL by new manufacturers, communicating any issues through Buying.
12. Conduct monthly monitoring of needle presence in finished products, creating monthly KPIs and managing manufacturer performance and security plans.

1. Enrollment in an engineering school or equivalent university program.
2. Strong interest in fashion/luxury and ready-to-wear categories.

1. Proficiency in English and Microsoft Office Suite.
2. Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
3. Ability to work in a fast-paced, collection-driven environment.
4. Excellent coordination and communication skills.

No prior experience required; suitable for students seeking an internship.

Currently pursuing a degree in engineering or a related field.
