1. Support the Quality Department in initiatives to enhance service quality and operational excellence across Louis Vuitton Client Services Europe.
2. Analyze client feedback data to extract actionable insights and identify emerging trends.
3. Contribute to the preparation of weekly and monthly quality reports using Excel and Power BI.
4. Assist in designing and maintaining dashboards, visualizations, and performance monitoring tools.
5. Identify inefficiencies, propose improvements, and support their implementation.
6. Help maintain quality standards, guidelines, and documentation, including training materials and SharePoint pages.
7. Collaborate cross-functionally to align quality expectations and share best practices.
8. Support quality-related audits, follow-up actions, and continuous improvement initiatives.
9. Contribute to fostering a quality culture by sharing impactful insights, success stories, and benchmarks.

1. Bachelor or master’s student with an internship agreement from a school or a Belgian CIP agreement.

1. Highly analytical, curious, and detail-oriented.
2. Creative thinker with a proactive attitude and drive to innovate.
3. Comfortable challenging the status quo and voicing new ideas.
4. Proficient in Excel, Power BI, and SharePoint; familiarity with PowerPoint, Forms, or automation tools is advantageous.
5. Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities.
6. Fluent in English; German language skills are a plus.
7. Service-oriented mindset and collaborative team player.
8. Passionate about creating exceptional client experiences through quality and innovation.

Beginner level experience is required, suitable for students or recent graduates.

Bachelor's or Master's student with relevant internship agreement.
