4. Manage risk in collection development and ensure quality in both internal and external workshops.
5. Provide customer feedback support across all activities.
6. Enhance queries to identify relevant posts about product quality using tools like Talkwalker.
7. Produce weekly reports on useful social media posts for teams.

1. Currently enrolled in a business school, engineering school, university, or equivalent at a Bac+4/+5 level.

1. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
