- Develop and implement purchasing strategies for visual merchandising projects.
- Identify, evaluate, and select suppliers based on quality, cost, and delivery criteria.
- Negotiate contracts and framework agreements with suppliers and service providers.
- Coordinate the development and production of visual merchandising elements, including windows, displays, and in-store arrangements.
- Collaborate with design, marketing, and sales teams to ensure visual installations are coherent.
- Supervise visual merchandising projects from conception to final installation.
- Manage budgets and resources allocated to visual merchandising projects.
- Degree in purchasing management, design, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of significant experience in similar roles, preferably within the luxury sector.
- Strong negotiation and supplier relationship management skills.
- Proficiency in developing and producing visual merchandising solutions.
- Ability to manage complex projects.
- Demonstrated rigor, organizational skills, creativity, and innovation.
- Team spirit, interpersonal skills, and ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Fluency in French and English, both written and spoken.
A minimum of 3 years in a similar role, ideally within the luxury industry, is required.
Degree in purchasing management, design, or a related field.
