1. Implement tools for measuring and managing supplier performance.
2. Ensure the reliability of purchasing data for new projects, including coding, supplier assignment, and data entry into information systems.
3. Prepare quarterly supplier performance reviews.
4. Participate in evaluations and project kick-offs.
5. Analyze KPIs to identify areas for improvement.
6. Manage centralized development schedules, including supplier coordination and information dissemination.
7. Update and optimize existing tracking tools.
8. Facilitate coordination with development teams by disseminating information and tracking missing elements.
9. Organize competitive bidding for certain permanent transformation categories.

1. Enrollment in a business or engineering school, or equivalent program.
2. Fluency in English; knowledge of Italian is a plus.
3. Excellent proficiency in Excel.
4. Curiosity, agility, and strong interpersonal skills.
5. A first experience in raw material purchasing or an industrial environment is appreciated.
