- Assist in the preparation of business reviews for strategic suppliers.
- Monitor and analyze quarterly performance of strategic suppliers, focusing on economic and quality metrics.
- Oversee and manage modification requests (DM).
- Support and optimize supplier performance management tools.
- Aid in the launch of requests for proposals.
- Prepare for negotiations through analysis and price breakdowns.
- Actively participate in team routines.
- Input pricing data into systems such as SAP/PLM.
- Codify materials within systems.
- Standardize purchasing processes across three divisions.
- Centralize and analyze material process sheets to identify optimization and performance improvement opportunities.
- Provide occasional support to the market buyer on strategic house topics.
- Enrollment in a business or engineering school, in the final year or pursuing a Master's degree with a specialization in Purchasing.
- Strong analytical skills.
- Excellent communication abilities, with adaptability and leadership qualities.
- Autonomy in task management.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
- Knowledge of Power BI is advantageous.
- Fluency in English, both written and spoken; proficiency in Italian or Spanish is a plus.
Prior experience in purchasing, ideally within an industrial company, is preferred. Experience in raw materials procurement is advantageous.
Currently pursuing a degree in Business or Engineering with a focus on Purchasing.
