1. Ensure accuracy of purchasing data for new projects, including coding, supplier allocation, and data entry into information systems.
2. Support the preparation of quarterly supplier performance reviews and participate in various evaluations, including KPI analysis.
3. Organize and plan project meetings, including quarterly reviews, risk analysis sessions, and capacity analysis meetings.
4. Coordinate the launch of pre-series leather and transformed leather with suppliers and update milestones in systems to ensure tracking and indicators.
5. Facilitate communication with development teams and ensure reliability of existing tools in a continuous improvement approach.
6. Assist in the creation of pricing frameworks for iconic models to streamline costing processes.

1. Enrollment in a business or engineering school with a specialization in Purchasing, seeking an internship to complete a Master's degree.
2. Previous experience in purchasing, ideally within an industrial company.

1. Strong analytical skills.
2. Excellent communication skills and adaptability to different interlocutors while maintaining leadership.
3. Autonomy and initiative.
4. Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel (VBA) and PowerPoint.
5. Knowledge of Power BI is an advantage.
6. Proficiency in English and Italian is a plus.

Entry-level experience in purchasing or within an industrial company is preferred.

Pursuing a Master's degree in a relevant field.
