1. Ensure supplier compliance with social and environmental audits, contract signing, regulatory adherence, and supply chain management.
2. Maintain and ensure the accuracy of purchasing data in IT systems such as SAP, PLM, and Power BI.
3. Analyze market trends and supplier panels, update databases, conduct competitive benchmarking, and develop risk and opportunity analysis tools.
4. Lead monthly purchasing performance reviews and budget exercises, including price consultations, variance analysis, data updates, and best practice communication.
5. Develop supplier relationship management tools, including evaluation tools, annual improvement plans, and automation of tools.
6. Prepare tender documents, extract data, conduct preliminary analyses, and support cross-functional projects.

1. Pursuing a Master's degree in a relevant field such as engineering or business with a specialization in purchasing.
2. Experience in data analysis within an industrial company, such as food, automotive, cosmetics, or aerospace sectors.

1. Strong analytical and numerical synthesis skills.
2. Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities.
3. Proficiency in IT tools including Excel, SAP, PowerPoint, and Power BI.
4. A strong interest in industrial processes and ease in deploying new tools and databases.
5. Fluency in English.
