1. Support the Public Relations team with sample trafficking and logistics, particularly for international shoots within the U.S.
2. Maintain meticulous records of all incoming and outgoing samples, including Paris loans, using Fashion GPS and PowerPoint.
3. Coordinate with messenger and courier services to ensure the timely transfer of all samples.
4. Generate shipment invoices and manage daily international outbound shipments, maintaining clear communication with headquarters.
5. Input new samples into the Fashion GPS database and update reference documents for the team.
6. Ensure the showroom is consistently neat, organized, and presentable.
7. Assist with special projects as required.

1. Currently enrolled undergraduate/graduate student pursuing a degree in a related field of study.
2. Legally authorized to work in the US.
3. Able and willing to work at the assigned location or able and willing to relocate to NYC.

Beginner

Currently enrolled undergraduate/graduate student pursuing a degree in a related field of study.

Undergraduate Interns will be compensated at $20/hour. Graduate Interns will be compensated at $25/hour.
