1. Support the Public Relations team with sample trafficking and logistics, particularly for international shoots within the U.S.
2. Maintain meticulous records of all incoming and outgoing samples, including Paris loans, utilizing Fashion GPS and PowerPoint.
3. Coordinate with messenger and courier services to ensure timely transfer of all samples.
4. Generate shipment invoices and manage daily international outbound shipments, maintaining clear communication with headquarters.
5. Input new samples into the Fashion GPS database and update reference documents for the team.
6. Ensure the showroom is consistently neat, organized, and presentable.
7. Assist with special projects as required.

1. Currently enrolled undergraduate or graduate student pursuing a degree in a related field of study.
2. Legally authorized to work in the United States.
3. Able and willing to work on-site in New York City, or able and willing to relocate.

Beginner level experience in Fashion PR, preferably within the luxury sector or agency environment.

Currently enrolled undergraduate or graduate student in a related field.

Undergraduate Interns: $20/hour; Graduate Interns: $25/hour
