Public Relations Assistant

1. Manage Launchmetrics Women’s sample inventory under PR Manager’s supervision.
2. Monitor all sample arrivals and departures to ensure no product is lost.
3. Work with the Public Relations team on daily tasks such as sample trafficking, showroom management, DMR reporting, and press recaps.
4. Complete all hard copy and electronic press kit mailings.
5. Maintain organized LVNA Photo & Press kits library and distribute press materials.
6. Support brand image events and press days as needed.
7. Engage in departmental tasks and projects with enthusiasm and curiosity.

1. 2-3 years of public relations experience, ideally in fashion or related fields.

1. Outstanding communication and influencing skills.
2. Proficiency in Launchmetrics, Excel, and PowerPoint.
3. Ability to maintain composure and provide insights in fast-paced environments.
4. Emotional intelligence and adaptability.
5. Effective verbal, written, and presentation skills.

2-3 years of public relations experience, ideally in fashion or related fields.

Hourly rate within the range of USD $25-27/hr.
