1. Manage the Launchmetrics Women's sample inventory under the supervision of the PR Manager.
2. Monitor all sample arrivals and departures to ensure product integrity.
3. Collaborate with the Public Relations team to execute daily tasks, including international sample trafficking, showroom management, DMR reporting, and press recaps.
4. Complete all press kit mailings, both hard copy and electronic.
5. Maintain an organized library of LVNA Photo & Press kits and distribute press materials to publications.
6. Support brand image events and press days as needed.
7. Approach departmental tasks and ad hoc projects with enthusiasm and a growth mindset.

1. 2-3 years of public relations experience, preferably in fashion or a related field.

1. Sophisticated communication and influencing skills.
2. Proficiency in Launchmetrics, Excel, and PowerPoint.
3. Ability to maintain composure and provide insights in fast-paced environments.
4. Emotional intelligence and adaptability.
5. Effective verbal, written, and presentation communication.

Candidates should have 2-3 years of experience in public relations, ideally within the fashion industry or a related sector.

The position offers an hourly wage within the range of USD $25-27/hr.
