- Unite stakeholders including workshops, warehouses, IT, and integrators through structured governance and clear communication regarding vision, roadmap, and releases.
- Develop, manage, and evolve the current roadmap with a focus on innovation and continuous improvement while considering technical constraints.
- Gather, qualify, and analyze business needs in collaboration with operational teams.
- Translate business needs into product deliverables such as functional specifications, epics/features, user stories, acceptance criteria, and release plans.
- Co-manage execution with engineering, IT, data, and operations teams.
- Oversee RFID and NFC solutions to ensure secure, real-time traceability of products and components from manufacturing workshops to logistics warehouses.
- Define RFID standards including tag/inlay selection, placement rules, encoding, fixed and mobile readers, antenna settings, and reading zones.
- Conduct real-world testing, analyze root causes, and propose optimization plans.
- Define the functional architecture including event capture, middleware/edge, data normalization, quality, traceability, monitoring, and reporting.
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or equivalent from a university.
- Minimum of 5 to 8 years of experience in Product Management and/or Project Management in B2B/B2C products, preferably in luxury, premium retail, or demanding industrial environments.
- Fluency in Agile practices and establishing efficient delivery frameworks (Scrum/Kanban, backlog management, prioritization, rituals, release planning, continuous improvement, data-driven management).
- Proficiency in Jira and ServiceNow, and a broad understanding of ITSM/ITIL processes.
- Strong technical skills in RFID UHF (EPC Gen2 / ISO 18000-6C) and HF/NFC (ISO 14443 / 15693), including RF constraints.
- Knowledge of hardware: readers (fixed, gates, mobile), antennas, printers/encoders, configuration, and tuning.
- Experience with field testing methods: test plans, performance metrics, diagnosing shadow/interference zones, implementation recommendations.
- Understanding of data/IT architecture: events, middleware/edge, APIs, supervision, logs, data quality.
- Fluency in both English and French, spoken and written.
- Sensitivity to the luxury sector, with skills in excellence, rigor, attention to detail, and creativity.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills for interacting within a vast ecosystem.
- Proficiency in Agile methodologies and ITSM/ITIL processes.
- Technical expertise in RFID and NFC technologies.
- Experience with data/IT architecture and field testing methods.
- Fluency in English and French.
A minimum of 10 years of relevant experience is required.
Bachelor's degree in Engineering or equivalent from a university.
