Louis Vuitton Proxy Product Owner — Advanced Services for Customers

- Lead strategic personalization and product-configuration projects end-to-end, ensuring delivery of omnichannel solutions.
- Define, maintain and evolve the product roadmap with a focus on innovation and continuous improvement while accounting for technical constraints.
- Gather, qualify and analyse business needs with marketing, merchandising, digital design and 3D editor partners; translate requirements into product deliverables.
- Produce functional specifications, epics/features, user stories, acceptance criteria and release plans.
- Manage and coordinate the execution of the technical squad (build & deployment) and align roadmaps with transversal squads.
- Oversee deployment quality, test phases and QA strategy, including automated and manual testing.
- Facilitate workshops, steering committees and stakeholder communications; present complex topics clearly to non-technical audiences.
- Master's degree (Bac+5) in engineering or equivalent academic background.
- Proven leadership in product delivery within cross-functional and international environments.
- Deep understanding of complex, interconnected IT architectures and enterprise solutions.
- Fluency in French and English, both written and spoken.

Extensive experience in product ownership or product management within complex application landscapes; demonstrated track record running transversal, omnichannel projects (5–8 years in a similar product owner role and senior-level experience in IT/DSI contexts; overall senior professional experience expected).
Master’s degree in engineering or equivalent (Bac+5).
