Louis Vuitton Prototyping Manager

- Coordinate the costing of prototypes and supervise the calculation of loss rates and environmental impact indices.
- Mentor and develop a team of model makers, prototypists, and designers, ensuring adherence to design briefs and timelines.

- Act as a liaison between style coordinators, headquarters design teams, and site prototyping teams.
- Promote workplace safety and ergonomics through active participation in health and safety initiatives.
- Ensure achievement of key performance indicators (KPIs) by managing project risks and proposing solutions.
- In-depth knowledge of leather goods processes and materials.
