1. Ensure the realization and optimization of new product designs, considering cost, quality, environmental, and industrialization requirements.
2. Supervise the creation of prototypes for research, showroom presentations, and industrialization.
3. Oversee the completion of comprehensive prototyping documentation.
4. Initiate quality risk analysis in collaboration with the site quality service and share findings with the headquarters' finished product quality team.
5. Manage the costing of prototypes with the time reference.
6. Supervise the calculation of loss rates and environmental impact indices.
7. Lead and develop the team of prototype makers, ensuring adherence to design briefs, quantity, quality, and deadlines.
8. Facilitate skill development through training programs in collaboration with the training service.
9. Coordinate the introduction of new designs on-site, acting as a liaison between style coordinators, the design team at headquarters, and the site prototyping team.
10. Participate in health, safety, and environmental projects within the prototyping department.
11. Conduct safety and health audits within the prototyping area.
12. Understand and manage key health, safety, ergonomics, and environmental issues in the sector.
13. Anticipate ergonomic risks by initiating ergonomic risk analysis from the style go-ahead.
14. Ensure the achievement of key performance indicators (KPIs).

1. Bachelor's degree or higher (Bac +5) in a relevant field.
2. In-depth knowledge of leather goods processes and materials.

At least 3 years of experience in team management and prototyping within the luxury leather goods sector.
