1. Oversee and optimize the design and development of new products, ensuring alignment with cost, quality, environmental, and timing requirements.
2. Supervise the creation of prototypes for research, showroom presentations, and industrialization processes.
3. Manage the preparation of comprehensive prototyping documentation.
4. Initiate quality risk analysis in collaboration with the site quality service and share findings with the headquarters' finished product quality team.
5. Lead the cost estimation of prototypes with the time reference expert.
6. Supervise the calculation of loss rates and environmental impact indices.
7. Guide and enhance the skills of the prototyping team, ensuring adherence to design briefs and quality standards.
8. Facilitate skill development through training programs and cross-functional projects related to product culture.
9. Coordinate the introduction of new products, acting as a liaison between style coordinators, the design team, and the prototyping team.
10. Promote safety and ergonomics within the prototyping department, participating in health, safety, and environmental initiatives.
11. Conduct safety and health audits within the prototyping area, understanding key health, safety, ergonomic, and environmental issues.
12. Anticipate ergonomic risks by initiating risk analysis from the style approval stage.
13. Ensure the achievement of key performance indicators (KPIs).

1. Bachelor's degree or higher in a relevant field (Bac +5).
2. In-depth knowledge of leather goods processes and materials.
3. Proven experience in team management and leadership.
