1. Ensure the development and timely availability of new products in stores, adhering to Louis Vuitton's quality standards and expected profit margins.
2. Lead and coordinate project teams, ensuring alignment and collaboration among all members to achieve project objectives.
3. Understand and fulfill client needs, including those from Marketing, Design, and other stakeholders.
4. Define and validate project objectives.
5. Manage project timelines from the marketing brief to sales launch, identifying risks and setting up reporting systems with alerts for deviations.
6. Regularly engage with project stakeholders, including Style Coordinators, Poles, and Marketing, to ensure project progress.
7. Challenge marketing decisions when necessary to safeguard project integrity.
8. Facilitate decision-making in case of technical, margin, or quality-related blockages within the project team and across departments.
9. Create launch dossiers for new models in collaboration with Style Coordinators, Marketing, Poles, Workshops, Quality, and Financial Control.
10. Ensure the launch of new materials between showrooms.
11. Conduct site briefings in collaboration with the Style Coordinator following flow assignments.
12. Guarantee a Time To Market that meets the Maison's expectations.

1. Bachelor's degree in Engineering or equivalent (Bac +5)
