2. Ensure the development and availability of new products, meeting style, quality, margin, timeline, and quantity goals for commercialization.
3. Participate in project management to meet objectives and alert in case of deviations.
4. Adapt processes to project challenges.
5. Define and validate project objectives.
6. Organize resources to achieve objectives.
7. Define project timeline and ensure reporting.
8. Anticipate and manage project risks (quality, cost, timeline, reliability) using risk analysis and value analysis tools.
9. Propose solutions to resolve various issues.
