1. Coordinate the creation of new exotic leather collections in collaboration with manufacturing workshops to meet design and marketing department requirements.
2. Ensure the development and availability of new products, maintaining timelines, quality, and expected margins.
3. Facilitate adherence and coordination among local project teams to achieve defined objectives.
4. Guarantee project schedule adherence from marketing brief to sales date, including risk identification and reporting.
5. Regularly engage with project stakeholders to ensure smooth project progression.
6. Challenge marketing teams when necessary to prevent project disruptions.
7. Resolve technical, margin, and quality issues through arbitration.
8. Oversee the launch of new materials and receipt of pre-series.
9. Liaise with Cost Control on Standard Cost Returns.
