1. Collaborate with the rigid pole/marketing team to communicate needs.
2. Participate in feasibility studies for special and corporate orders.
3. Brief support teams including data and model makers.
4. Support artisans in the production of custom orders.
5. Facilitate pre-production routines and identify potential risks related to scheduling, supply, and inventory.
6. Ensure quality, client needs, and deadlines are met.
7. Manage key performance indicators and weekly reviews.
8. Organize press shooting days within the atelier.

1. Currently enrolled in a business or engineering school or equivalent program.

1. Proficiency in Excel and/or Power BI is recommended.
2. Curiosity and adaptability with strong interpersonal skills.
3. Environmental awareness and commitment to sustainability goals.

No prior experience required; suitable for beginners.
