1. Support the growth of the prototyping department and integration of new processes.
2. Participate in the launch of prototypes and audit compliance with standards.
3. Act as a backup for the logistics coordinator in tracking materials and shipping finished products.
4. Collaborate with prototyping managers to implement collection plans and routines.
5. Coordinate the dispatch of prototypes ensuring all deliverables meet quality, feasibility, and market timelines.
6. Work closely with Industrialization Project Managers to identify risks early and ensure deliverables for industrialization are in place.
7. Quantify deviations from targets and propose solutions for continuous improvement.
8. Formalize and update various processes to drive change and improvement.

1. Bachelor's degree or higher in Business, Engineering, or a related field.
2. Strong product affinity and interest.

Entry-level experience is acceptable, ideal for recent graduates or those new to the field.
