1. Conduct analysis and diagnostics to map existing processes, identifying strengths, weaknesses, and friction points.
2. Collaborate in the co-construction of the RACI matrix with stakeholders to clarify roles and responsibilities.
3. Facilitate workshops to gather needs and constraints from various teams.
4. Propose improvements to simplify, accelerate, and ensure the reliability of processes.
5. Draft clear and concise standardized procedures to guarantee data quality.
6. Participate in the implementation of new processes and monitor their effectiveness.

1. Currently enrolled in a business school, engineering school, or university with a specialization in project management, transformation, or organization.

1. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and/or Power BI.
2. Knowledge of Lean Management, Six Sigma, or similar analytical methods.
3. Strong interpersonal skills and adaptability.
4. Environmental awareness and commitment to sustainability.

A successful initial experience in project management is advantageous.
