1. Coordinate project team actions to achieve objectives in materials procurement, development, quality, style, and production sites.
2. Ensure the development and availability of new products, meeting style, quality, margin, timeline, and quantity objectives for commercialization.
3. Participate in project management to ensure objectives are met and alert in case of deviations.
4. Adapt processes to project challenges.
5. Define and validate project objectives.
6. Organize resources to achieve objectives.
7. Define project timelines and ensure reporting.
8. Anticipate and manage project risks related to quality, costs, timelines, and reliability using risk and value analysis tools.
9. Propose solutions to resolve various issues.
10. Alert and manage contingencies and action plan progress.
