Louis Vuitton Project Manager – Cross-Functional Coordination

- Ensure adherence to timelines for cross-functional collection launch plans.
- Identify and address business and retail needs from showroom to store launch.
- Organize weekly work sessions to optimize launches and align cross-functional decisions.
- Draft and organize various presentations and launch packs for markets.
- Facilitate communication needs within departments, particularly for product selection briefs.
- Prepare and manage resources for 360 launches across various departments including Communication, VM, E-Commerce, Digital, Clients, and Learning.
- Serve as the main contact for cross-functional launch orchestration.
- Collaborate closely with Communication teams to ensure product selection coherence and effective planning.
- Propose new processes, work documents, and deliverables.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Communication, or equivalent.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in Marketing or Communication roles, preferably in the fashion industry.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Strong team spirit and ability to unite teams.
- Dynamic, proactive, and agile with strong organizational skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Fluent in French and English, both written and spoken.
- Sensitivity to the luxury sector, with an emphasis on excellence, precision, and creativity.
A minimum of 3 years in Marketing or Communication, ideally within the fashion industry.
Bachelor's degree in Business, Communication, or equivalent.
