Louis Vuitton Project Management Lead

- Define project objectives, deliverables, and timelines for each assignment.
- Plan, organize, and oversee the studio's shooting schedules and projects.
- Validate technical requirements and ensure image quality standards.
- Monitor project progress, ensuring adherence to schedules and budgets.
- Act as a liaison with internal stakeholders, managing their needs and satisfaction with asset delivery.
- Identify potential risks and implement corrective actions to mitigate them.
- Conduct competitive analysis to anticipate market trends.
- Prepare and lead project follow-up meetings.
- Draft and update project documentation.
- Evaluate project performance and suggest improvements for future initiatives.
- Ensure projects comply with Louis Vuitton's quality standards and brand guidelines.
- Manage the team effectively.
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in similar roles.
- Proven ability to plan and organize projects with strong budgeting and performance tracking skills.
- Extensive technical knowledge in photography and e-commerce.
- Recognized leadership and responsibility skills.
- Methodical, organized, and proactive approach.
- Fluency in French and English, both written and spoken.
- Sensitivity to the luxury sector, embodying excellence, precision, attention to detail, and creativity.
